SYM is a real-time venue display service that lets venue guests submit messages and photos for approval, and lets venue staff (“Admins”) moderate and display that content on in-venue screens. SYM is operated by A Round Entertainment (“we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using SYM, whether as a guest submitting a message or as a venue Admin, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
You must be able to form a binding contract to use SYM. SYM is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Guest submissions are intended for patrons of participating venues, which are generally adult-oriented establishments (bars, clubs, and similar venues); each venue is responsible for compliance with its own age policies.
When you submit a message, name, or photo through SYM, you represent that you own or have the right to share that content, and that it does not violate any law or any third party’s rights. Submissions are reviewed by venue Admins before being displayed, and may also be automatically screened for inappropriate language. We and participating venues reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any submission for any reason, including content we believe is offensive, unlawful, or inappropriate for the venue.
By submitting content, you grant A Round Entertainment and the venue a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and store that content for the purpose of operating the SYM service (including on in-venue screens and in the venue’s message history).
Venue Admin accounts are provisioned by us on behalf of the venue. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
Paid SYM subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and processed through our payment processor, Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically according to the pricing terms agreed with your venue. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may manage or cancel your subscription, or update your payment method, through the billing tools in your Admin dashboard.
Refunds, proration, and billing disputes are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us using the information below to discuss your specific situation. We may suspend or limit access to SYM if a payment fails or a subscription lapses.
SYM, including its software, design, and branding, is the property of A Round Entertainment and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand features.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of SYM at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
SYM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A Round Entertainment will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SYM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of SYM after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
